Jeff is attacked with a machine gun by "the sea lice" gangsters led by a certain Nero, in the service of a disturbing character, Denniger, who haunts the area aboard his yacht. A young local doctor, nicknamed Doctor Caraïbe, comes to Jeff's rescue.
